Once again, the week has just flown by! We have all settled nicely back into school routine and it has been a wonderful start to the new term. Myself and our Assistant Principal, Mrs Nolan delivered assemblies on the importance of sleep this week as part of our Value of the Month: be the best you can be. Pupils were shown informative videos and we discussed why sleep is important. Children were very engaged and asked lots of questions. We would really appreciate your support with regards to discussing this with your children as it raises the profile of the subject and enhances their learning power. The subject matter is not only important for children but for us too. We want to start the year on a positive note and what better way than focusing on being rested and rejuvenated! Please see below for liks to videos we shared with children:
